Hello and welcome! I’m glad you’re here.

I created this blog to explore the many facets of a full-spectrum life. As the title suggests, it will take a prismatic approach–diffusing and refracting the beam of light that we call “life” to reveal a wide spectrum of topics and issues.

You can expect a unique blend of reflection, curiosity, humor, compassion, inspiration, and new perspectives. It’s a safe bet that no two posts will be alike. My hope is that this space will foster conversations, create connections, and expand possibilities for you, for me, and for our beloved world.
